Partner Africa is committed to transparency and working closely with its Board and Chairperson to deliver on the agreed strategy of Partner Africa.
As part of this process, weekly meetings are held between the Executive Director and Chairperson. Quarterly meetings are held with the Partner Africa Board where updates are provided on the performance of the organisation against approved annual objectives.
Partner Africa’s Board consist of experts in business, governance and accounts, programme impacts, and high-quality industry standards. Partner Africa Board members are elected according to their expertise, commitment to the organisation’s mission, and knowledge of Africa.
Partner Africa strives to have a diverse, representative Board.
Partner Africa is committed to diversity and gender equality, ensuring that we have at least 50% of its Board members from Africa and 75% of its Board members are women.
