I am Philip M. Manthi; an employee of Partner Africa Kenya office, having joined the organization in September 2013.
I am a driver by profession and had the privilege of being the Driver to the Executive Director in the Kenya office, an achievement I regard as the result of hard work, commitment, and willingness to learn. I believe in teamwork; therefore, my duties are not limited to driving alone but also assisting on any other duties as may be required. It was my dream work for an international organisation and Partner Africa being one of them in Kenya, it has been a fulfilling experience in my career.
The wonderful colleagues and the conducive work environment just meet my passion for driving and interacting with people of different origins and backgrounds. I was born, raised and educated in the village and only came to the city after completing my high school and trying my luck in some small-scale businesses, then came to the city to look for greener postures whereby after several offers, PA. became my home and the rest is history. When I am not working, I like watching football, listening to music, and exploring new things.
