ABInBev's SHIFT Framework Interview

ABInBev has launched a new SHIFT Framework which aims to assess human rights impact risks in their value chain. Working together, ABInBev’s stakeholders at Global and Zone level, created a United Nations Guiding Principles on Business and Human Rights aligned framework. It was initially tested in India and then rolled out in the Africa Zone. The framework aims to move away from having independent audits done and then working on action plans as it was felt that this was more reactionary than proactive and agile.
